Who we are at Los Verdes Arborists

Los Verdes Arborists is a network of tree care experts managed by the partners Darin Bue and Taylor Mirich. Darin and Taylor are both certified arborists and have developed their style and philosophy working together since 1999. Both partners are lifelong residents of the Reno area.

Darin and Taylor met while working for the Nevada Conservation Corp. Darin was a field crew supervisor and Taylor volunteered to work on the crew right out of high school. During their tenure with the NCC, they were involved in invasive tree species eradication/replanting and forest fuel reduction projects in State and National parks. They both went on to work for a Commercial Tree Service in California that had hazardous tree removal and line clearance contracts with PG&E, fuel reduction contracts with the U.S. Forest Service, Eucalyptus eradication contracts with the National Park Service and residential tree care services.

In 2003 Darin and Taylor formed Los Verdes Arborists. Since then they have served as Consulting Arborists on numerous Reno City Street Rehabilitation projects, improved the structures of the trees in several Local County Parks and established a clientele of several hundred satisfied residential clients in the area.
